Refund Policy - We Stand by Our Product Quality

We have a no-return or exchange policy on materials ordered unless there is a manufacturer's defect due to the custom manufacturing process on every order.  All products are made to order at the time of sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You have 7 days to contact us via the contact us form or via email at info@myacousticpanels.com to notify us of the issue.

Depending on the specific situation, a replacement/exchange product will be sent, or a refund will be issued.

Refunds - Due to Manufacturers Defect
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
